Soromundi’s Board of Directors recently formed a Diversity Committee whose charge is to increase knowledge and implementation of Social Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) goals. The committee’s first focus is self-education regarding anti-racism, and members are sharing resources, attending webinars, and learning from each other.
In the near future, we will create actionable goals that will expand the current Strategic Action Plan and further the organization’s efforts on anti-racism. Members of the team are: Anna Agrawal, Tracy Bartlett, Kara Brinkman Adams, Kay Christopher, Ann Huber, Michaela Lonning, Kiva Michels, and Mary Robertson.
